I was trained to fail on my part 2 and then realized that the whole thing was a scam. I was told to forget all I had learned in the past and to do as they taught me. Do not use a righthand indicator on a roundabout,no need to signal at a junction if there is no-one about, no need to signal when in a dedicated lane.......I've been driving for over 30 years but I trusted them as they were better qualified than me - and failed my test twice because of the "train to fail" attitude. Remember they have my money so if they can piss me off to the extent that I complain then what have they got to lose? Nothing. Where am I? Stuck with finance for something I havent received, a hill(previously documented on this page numerous times) of broken promises and my arse being chased by debt collectors appointed by BPF. I have been to the FO and then to appeal, done Trading Standards all with shrugged shoulders and "sorry it's not our bag" type comments. Always google the email address to see if it’s associated with a scammer
Always get a landline number
Collect in person wherever possible
