Dr Ubani – you know, the one who injected his patient in the UK with ten times the recommended dose of painkiller, now wants to place a gagging order on his patient’s sons. David Gray subsequently died from the overdose and his two sons, Stuart and Rory, have been seeking justice for 2 years. Dr Ubani ducked justice by refusing to come to England to testify and made a deal with German prosecutors resulting in a mere 5000 Euro fine and 9 months probation.
Now Dr Ubani wants to slap a gagging on the two sons, one of whom is a doctor himself, with stiff fines if they come within 600 feet of him AND he wants them to pay for the costs associated with this gagging order!
Legally, they may end up being gagged. The press may end up being gagged too.
